Explicit written consent is obtained from every consumer prior to lead submission. Our consent language and checkbox placement are reviewed regularly against current FCC guidelines and updated as regulations evolve. Buyers receive leads they can act on — immediately and confidently.
CCPA / Data Privacy
We maintain a fully CCPA-compliant privacy policy across all consumer-facing properties. We honor consumer data requests, disclose all data usage at the point of collection, and never sell or share consumer data outside of explicitly disclosed purposes.
Terms & Conditions
Clear, accessible terms of service are published on all consumer platforms. These are reviewed and updated regularly to accurately reflect our current data practices, lead distribution methods, and consumer rights.
Cookie Disclosure
All cookie and tracking technology usage is disclosed to consumers in compliance with applicable federal and state privacy regulations. Cookie notices are presented clearly and prior to any non-essential tracking activity.

Data Security
